Wed, 26 October, 2022 11:00pm

Everyone worries when they start a new job. Will they impress their boss and win autonomy? Will they survive the "probation period?" Will they be able to show accomplishment and make a difference? Will they enjoy their new position? How can they be confident, competent, and make colleagues into workmates or even friends?

The answers will help you approach your next new position more enjoyably.

Join Scott Tambert, MS, ITIL, CIO, Adjunct Professor for GW's IT BPS program, for tips on how to successfully complete your first 3 months at your new job.
