The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences introduces a new program that offers candidates the opportunity to build a strong foundation towards a new and rewarding career in medicine.
WASHINGTON (Oct. 8, 2014) — The George Washington University (GW) School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) is now accepting applications to the Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medicine Certificate Program for the summer 2015 term.
“This program is designed to provide candidates with the foundational coursework, standardized test preparation, and access to real-world experience necessary for a successful matriculation into medical school,” said Lisa S. Schwartz, Ed.D., program director of the Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medicine Program at SMHS. “This is the next step for someone who wants to change their career and pursue his or her goal of becoming a physician.”
