Tropical Storm Warning, Flash Flood Watch & Safety Precautions

National Weather Service has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for the District of Columbia & Metropolitan Area as of Friday, Aug. 26th 2011.The area may experience rain and high winds of 39-74 MPH and possibly flash flooding.
