Secretary of Education Spoke at Opening of Nursing's "Virtual Hospital"

"I'm glad that George Washington University's presence in the Commonwealth is growing stronger," said Virginia Secretary of Education Gerard Robinson, who spoke at the official opening of the lab on Sept. 13, at the GW Virginia Scieince and Technology Campus. The event showcased the new 3000-square-foot nursing simulation lab and the $23,000 in equipment contributed by Reston Hospital Center, HCA Virginia. The gift allowed for an expansion of the lab and increased the expanded educational resources offered by the school.
