Genomic Opportunities for Girls in Research Lab at GW University

Young women (rising 10th, 11th, or 12th graders) have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in molecular biology and genomics. This opportunity is made possible through a partnership between The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy at Shenandoah University, Loudoun County Public Schools, and supported in part by a generous grant from Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI). The program runs June 21-25, 2010.
