GW Offers Free Virtual Fall Group Fitness Classes

Join GW Campus Recreation on ZOOM for daily group fitness classes. Classes are free this fall and open to all GW students, faculty and staff! This schedule will run from August 31 - December 6, with a variety of cardio/strength classes and mind/body classes.
