Virginia Campus Advisory Council Adds New Members

Since its inception, the Virginia Campus has been guided by the advice of an advisory group of community leaders. New members appointed this year are Joanne Theurich, Chief Administrative Officer, HHMI Janelia Farm Research Campus; Lydia W. Thomas, former President and CEO of Noblis, member of the President’s Homeland Security Advisory Council, and former GW Board of Trustees member; Richard W. Velde, Esq., Attorney-at-Law; Tim McManus, President and CEO of Reston Hospital Center; and Charlene A. Wheeless, Principal VP of Corporate Affairs at Bechtel Corporation.

Other members of the Advisory Council are Joe Boling, Chairman of the Board, Middleburg Financial Corporation and Chair, Loudoun CEO Cabinet; Mike Bradshaw, Director, Google Federal Enterprise Sales; Scott Hamberger, Co-President and CEO, Fortessa; Edgar Hatrick, Superintendent, Loudoun County Public Schools; Mark Hughes, GW Board of Trustees member; Randy Kelley, CEO, Inova Loudoun Hospital; Bobbie Greene Kilberg, President and CEO, Northern Virginia Technology Council and GW Board of Trustees member; Joe T. May, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, EIT, Inc., and Virginia Delegate; Kathleen Saylor, CEO, Rehau North America; Joe Travez, Co-founder and CEO, PPI; John Wood, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Telos Corporation and Chair, Loudoun County Economic Development Commission; Ed Zigo, President, Clarke-Hooke Corporation, and President, University Center Property Owners Association.
