GW Transportation Research Paper Selected in Top Ten Papers for IEEE

GW professors Azim Eskandarian (Director of Center for Intelligent Systems Research and National Crash Analysis Center at VSTC) and Lance Hoffman (Research Professor, Computer Science Dept.), and their former student Jeremy Blum, have had their paper, "Challenges of Intervehicle Ad Hoc Networks" selected as one of the Top Ten Best Research Papers for the IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems for the decade 2000-2009. Part of the paper dealt with security against hacking and communication failures in vehicles.
